One opportunity can hold several time slots, so a single canteen day becomes 9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm and 3pm–6pm on one card instead of three separate posts. Each slot can name the job — Cashier, BBQ, Scorer — so volunteers know exactly what they are signing up for before they commit.
Coaches, team managers and the ground curator do not fit a shift roster. Add them as season positions with allocated weekly hours, so their contribution is counted alongside everyone rostered on a Saturday.
