Is there a free option?
Every new club gets a 14-day free trial with all features — no card needed. After the trial you choose a monthly or annual plan to keep going. There's no permanent free tier.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts the moment you create your club. Add your card only when you decide to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Monthly plans stop at the next renewal; annual plans stay active until the end of the paid year.
How much do I save paying annually?
Annual is $500/year — about 29% cheaper than paying monthly. Seasonal recess pauses billing for monthly plans only; an annual year is already paid upfront.
Are annual payments refundable?
No. Annual plans are paid 12 months upfront and are non-refundable, including any unused portion. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal and keep full access until the year ends.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices shown exclude GST. Australian clubs are charged 10% GST at checkout, so $59/month becomes $64.90 and $500/year becomes $550.
Do volunteers need to pay?
Never. Volunteers sign up for free. Only club admins pay for the management tools.
Are SMS messages included?
Paid clubs get 250 SMS message segments per month. After that you can buy top-up packs: 250 SMS for $25, 500 SMS for $45, 1,000 SMS for $80 (excl. GST). Top-up credits never expire.
