Sign up, create your club profile, and start building your first season. You can add volunteer roles, create opportunities, and invite managers or volunteers from the club dashboard.

Volunteers visit your club's public page, choose an open shift, and click to sign up. They can also request a swap if they can no longer make a shift they have already accepted.

Season positions are ongoing roles like committee members, coaches, managers, or canteen coordinators. Each position has a weekly hour allocation, and those hours are tracked automatically across the season.

Yes. Clubs can enter a timed recess and choose when to reopen. Billing is paused during recess, but annual subscriptions are non-refundable and continue running.

You can cancel at any time from the club dashboard. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and remain active until the end of the paid year.
